The penalty for failing to meet the 147 welterweight weight limit wil be $3 million for every pound. This agreement is non beneficial to Manny because Oscar fight in this division. We should expect De La Hoya to met the weight limit of 147 during weigh-in because he is a professional regardless being a non title bout.
